Authors & Illustrators Book Fair

Join us for a vibrant celebration of storytelling, print, and creativity at our inaugural ACS Book Fair! Open to writers, illustrators, and book artists of all kinds, this event invites makers of zines, art books, comics, poetry, fiction, and everything in between to share and sell their work. Whether you're self-published or traditionally printed, we welcome your voice and vision. Come connect with fellow creatives and book lovers in a lively, inspiring environment.
 

The Authors & Illustrators Book Fair will take place on Saturday, December 6, 12pm-4pm at the art center.  Please read this document carefully for submission details.
 

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Applications are open from Tuesday, July 15 - Sunday, October 19, 2025.
  • Artists will be notified of acceptance no later then Friday, October 24, 2025.
  • All books, illustrations and book art must be for sale with prices ranging from $15 - $500.
  • All participants will be provided with a 5’ table and chair to present their work.  Artists are encouraged to bring in additional display items to supplement their table setup.

Fees:

  • Submission Fee: $5 
  • Participation Fee: $50
  • Artists will not be charged a commission on their sales
  • Submission and Participation fees are non-refundable


 

 LOGISTICS

  • Setup will take place from 10:00am-12:00pm 
  • Artists are welcome to bring easels, display boards, or other display options for their artwork as long as they fit within the designated space and do not infringe on the space of neighboring vendors.
  • ACS will not be handling sales.  Please make sure to bring a credit card payment device and cash to handle sales.
  • Limited power is available
  • Indicate any special requirements in your application in the “Additional Information” section.  Please note that ACS will consider all requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

 For consideration, please upload the following information:

  • Up to 10 photos of artwork of your primary work for sale
  • Current Bio/CV
  • Social Media handle
  • Describe your work


 

Table assignments will be provided once all vendors have confirmed their participation, no later than Tuesday, November 25.

We encourage all vendors to make their tables the best representation of themselves, their artwork and ACS. Aesthetically pleasing booths and friendly vendors attract guests and create a delightful experience. Consider your table as a unique opportunity to engage customers not only with your products and process, but also to encourage them to explore and shop at other vendors.
